Dr. Padmini Murthy believes Universal Health care for all Must be a Global Priority

Dr. Padmini (Mini) Murthy, MD, MPH, MS, FAMWA, FRSPH is a globally recognized physician and public health leader specializing in women's health, environmental health, human rights, global health diplomacy, and AI in healthcare and femtech.

Founder and CEO of SAGAN LLC, she provides consulting in AI, healthcare, and public health, and serves as Special Advisor to the Health Innovation Exchange, Nuvocares. As Professor Emeritus of Public Health at New York Medical College, she shaped a generation of public health leaders across a distinguished academic career.

As Global Health Lead and NGO Representative to the United Nations for the American Medical Women's Association — and former co-focal point for the UN SDG 3 Hub at NYMCSHSP — Dr. Murthy has partnered with UN ambassadors, heads of state, and UN missions to advance women's health across the Bahamas, Grenada, India, Liberia, Malawi, Nepal, and Suriname. She has made over 300 presentations in educational institutions and major national and international conferences, including APHA, COP 28 and 31, CSW, UN, and WHO.
